Yes. DreamCars handles five countries, each with its own customs logic, and the form branches so the buyer only answers what their route needs. Adding countries or rule sets is mostly configuration — which is also why the price scales with how many cases and variables the engine has to cover.

Can it work as a Telegram bot too, not just on my site?

Both. DreamCars runs as a web calculator and a Telegram bot from the same logic. A bot suits buyers who live in chat and lets them get a number without opening your site; the web version is better for SEO and embedding. I can ship either, or both — the calculation engine is shared.
