Your whole team on one secure private network
You need everyone — wherever they work — on one private, secure network, without handing your access to a black box you don't control. I set it up end to end and pick the tool that actually fits your case.
who can set up private, secure network access for my whole team?
A private, encrypted network for your team, set up end to end: the right tool for your case (a managed mesh or self-hosted WireGuard), user accounts and roles, fast connection, and documentation. Typically €750–12,500 over 1–3 weeks, scope-dependent. VOLYA, my live access network, connects in about 10 seconds.
HOW IT WORKS
Map the access
We list who needs to reach what: people, devices, servers, which resources stay private and who is allowed in. That map decides the whole design.
Pick the right tool
Usually a proven base — WireGuard or a managed mesh — not a reinvented wheel. If an off-the-shelf tool already fits your case, I say so instead of overbuilding.
Set up and secure
Encrypted network, user accounts and roles, least-privilege access so people only reach what they should, and a fast connection like VOLYA's ~10 seconds.
Deploy, onboard, document
Rolled out to the team, each person connected, plus a short guide so the network runs without me in the loop.
Keep it running
Optional monthly plan: monitoring, updates and small changes, so access keeps working as people join and leave.
You have a team — remote, hybrid or multi-office — that needs private access to shared servers, tools or data, and you want it fast, secure and under your own control rather than a random app everyone installs.
If your team just needs standard remote access with no special requirements, an off-the-shelf tool like Tailscale, Twingate or NordLayer, configured well, is cheaper and faster than anything custom — I'll point you there instead of overbuilding. Custom pays off only when you need self-hosted control, specific access rules, or integration with your own systems.

FAQ
Do I really need a custom setup, or is Tailscale enough?
For a lot of teams, an off-the-shelf mesh VPN like Tailscale or Twingate is genuinely the right answer: configured properly it's cheap and solid, and I'll tell you if that's your case. Custom or self-hosted only makes sense when you need to own the infrastructure, enforce specific access rules, or connect the network to your own systems.
Is it actually secure?
Yes. The network is fully encrypted, built on proven technology like WireGuard rather than anything homemade. Access is per-user, with roles and least-privilege rules, so people only reach what they should. Nothing unnecessary is exposed to the open internet, and if your case needs it I can add device checks and logging.
How fast will the connection be?
Fast enough that people forget it's there. VOLYA, my live private-access network, connects in about 10 seconds and stays out of the way. Your team's setup is engineered the same way — quick to connect, low latency, no re-login every few minutes. Speed depends partly on where your servers and people are located.
How many people can it handle?
From a handful to a few hundred without trouble; the architecture scales well past a typical team. Price and setup time grow with the number of users, devices and access rules, but not linearly — adding people to an existing network is cheap. If you expect to grow, I size it for that from the start.
Will you maintain it afterwards?
If you want. A private network isn't set-and-forget: keys rotate, people join and leave, software needs updates. I offer a monthly support plan from €50 covering monitoring, updates and small changes, so access keeps working without you thinking about it. Or I hand it over documented and you run it yourself.
