Who actually does the work?
One engineer, end to end: discovery, design, code, deployment and support. The person you talk to is the person who builds it, so nothing is lost in handoffs.
Where does AI fit?
Only where it earns its place: smart search, drafting, turning a link into structured data. Where a plain rule does the job, I say so and leave AI out.
What is the stack, and who holds the keys?
TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node and Postgres on standard cloud infrastructure with Docker. Everything is deployed on your domain and handed over with full access and documentation.
Who owns the code?
You do: source, repository, design and data. Nothing is locked to my hosting, and any competent developer can take the system over.
How does an engagement start?
With a conversation about the task, not a feature list. I want the process you are trying to fix; then we agree scope and build in steps you can test.
What happens after launch?
You choose: ongoing support with monitoring, updates and small improvements, or a clean handover of code, documentation and access. Either way you are never locked in.
